Thanks!

1 Thessalonians 5:18)
give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Acts 3:15
You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this.

James 1:17
Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Hebrews 12:28
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe,

Everytime we thank God we acknowledge that He is our Lord and Provider. When we struggle to be grateful, stop and remember who God is: the author of our life and our faith. We are utterly dependent on Him for everything, including our next breath. When we persevere in this thankfulness, resisting the temptation to grumble, we can find Joy and Peace in the midst of our struggles.
