Trust in God at all times. Remember that Jesus is "A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief." Because of all He suffered, He can empathize with us and share our pain. As we pour out our emotions in His Presence, our heavy burdens grow lighter. We no longer carry our sorrows alone. When we release them to Jesus, He then will "relieve and refresh our soul". Moreover, as our heavy heart grows lighter, we are freed to learn more about Him. We will find that He is indeed a refuge--a safe place flooded with eternal love.
